This project gave new life and added functionality to a 1960's bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom was completely overhauled with high quality materials and designed to meet the needs of the tall client.

Ceramic tile throughout the bathroom and kitchen was used to unite spaces that previously had three different flooring materials, and heated tile provides added comfort to the bathroom. Ventilation was also improved by installing a bath fan with insulated ductwork that vents to the exterior, which is a common improvement we make on homes built before 1990.
