Our Service Area

Our home office is in Downtown Fort Wayne, and our service area is defined as a thirty-minute drive from this centralized location.

Restricting our working area helps us to deliver better results as it guarantees we can work with the same loyal suppliers and subcontractors that already understand our high expectations. Staying mostly in Fort Wayne and the immediately surrounding area also helps us to stay where our heart is by improving the city we call home.

We have a lot of love for the greater Fort Wayne area, a modest city with great suburbs and a constantly evolving downtown. Our goal is to give new life to existing structures and existing neighborhoods, thus providing opportunities and inspiring hope current and future generations.

Whilst working on the first Akeldama project, mievna, owner Grant Badgley was moved by how his neighbors in a run-down neighborhood were encouraged by someone not just working on improving a house on their block, but doing so with intention to invest in the longterm.

Far more common are sloppy cosmetic remodels done for a short term profit, such as house flipping or landlords seeking to maximize profit on their properties - which can be discouraging despite the improvements made. As a result, we have clung to the importance of investing in the longterm - as when you put in good work, people notice - and it gives them hope for the future. We have been in business for a relatively short three years, yet we are long on Fort Wayne.
